A) Health Data (via HealthKit)

  • Effort ratings and related metrics

We use this data to compute training zones, summaries, and your training log. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing.

B) App Content You Create

D) Purchases

We use Apple's StoreKit to process purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We may store subscription status and entitlement state returned by Apple.

  • Restore purchases and entitlements
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve app reliability and performance (diagnostics only)

6) Data Storage & Retention

  • Most data is stored locally on your device.
  • If iCloud sync is enabled, data is stored in your iCloud account, governed by Apple's policies.
  • We retain data only as long as needed to provide app functionality.

You can delete the app to remove local data. iCloud data is managed by Apple; you can remove it via iOS/iCloud settings.

7) Your Choices

  • HealthKit access: You can grant or revoke access at any time in Settings > Health.
  • Purchases: Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Data deletion: You can delete the app or contact us to remove data you've shared with us.

8) International Users

If you use the app outside your country, your data may be processed in the country where your iCloud account is hosted by Apple.

We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and the "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
